Public Notice

This is the official public notice on the terms, procedure, and fees for placing pre-election campaign materials of political parties on todayinfo.kz for the elections of deputies of the Kurultay of the Republic of Kazakhstan scheduled for August 23, 2026.

The document is officially bilingual — Kazakh and Russian — as required by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections. English translation is provided below as a summary; for the legally binding text please refer to either localized version:

Summary

Campaign period: July 23, 2026 (18:00) — August 22, 2026 (00:00).

Political parties may place campaign materials on the site on the basis of a written application and a contract signed with the site owner. Applications are processed in the order received; simultaneous submissions are resolved by drawing lots. Materials must be submitted at least one working day before publication and must contain the mandatory disclosures required by Kazakhstan law (the submitter and the source of financing).

Fees

• Banner (desktop + mobile 1000×120, 300×250 or mobile-only 300×250): 5,000,000 KZT for the full campaign period.
• Article (up to 5,000 characters, max 5 photos + 1 video): 650,000 KZT per publication. Overflow: 100 KZT per character.

All paid materials are labelled “Material placed on the terms of paid publication”. Invoices are due within 5 working days of issuance.

The site reserves the right to refuse or suspend any material that violates Kazakhstan law (calls for unconstitutional change, threats to national security, incitement to hatred, propaganda of violence, or content damaging citizens’ honour and dignity) or the terms of the signed contract.
