In the Sozak district of Turkistan region, on the eve of the Astana Day holiday, a special moment occurred that doubled the joy of residents, reports Todayinfo. In the Zhetkinshek microdistrict of the district center, 25 families were given keys to new apartments. Some of the socially vulnerable citizens and large families saw the end of a long wait, while others gained a new home that will serve as a solid foundation for their children's future.
The key handover ceremony was attended by district residents, labor veterans, representatives of the intelligentsia, and new homeowners. During the event, district akim Mukhit Turysbekov congratulated the residents on their new homes and noted that having a home is the beginning of the greatest happiness for every family.
– Within the framework of the Head of State's instructions to improve the quality of life of the population, housing construction is being actively carried out in our district. Housing is the well-being of every home, the basis of family happiness and stability. Today's joy is the result of work aimed at social support and improving the welfare of residents. In the future, work in this direction will continue, – said the head of the district.
Also, chairman of the district maslikhat Ordabek Zhamiev expressed his best wishes to the new homeowners. At the solemn moment, the owners of the new apartments also expressed heartfelt words and thanked the state for the care shown.
The registration of citizens in need of housing and the provision of housing are carried out in accordance with the requirements of current legislation through the unified information system of Otbasy Bank JSC. Housing recipients are determined based on the status of citizens, the degree of housing need, and their place in the queue.
In recent years, housing construction in the Zhetkinshek microdistrict has not slowed down. Earlier, on the Day of State Symbols, 29 families received new housing, and today another 25 families' dreams came true. Currently, documentation work is underway for 22 apartments ready for occupancy. After all necessary procedures are completed, these homes will also be gradually handed over to their owners.
Today, construction of 20-apartment residential buildings continues in the district center. In addition, with the sponsorship of subsidiary organizations of Kazatomprom National Atomic Company JSC, construction of two-story 16-apartment residential buildings is underway as part of the modernization program.
