The opening ceremony was attended by regional governor Berik Uali, Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Chingis Arinov, employees of the emergency situations department, and industry veterans.
The new facility, opened under the "Village Rescuers" program, is aimed at ensuring the safety of rural residents. The fire station operates with 1 fire truck, 1 driver, and 2 staff members.

The head of the region noted that the opening of the fire station is an important facility in ensuring the safety of the region's population.
"Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his speech emphasized: 'Your work is full of risk and requires great responsibility. The state and society highly value your loyalty to the oath and your hard work.' This is a high assessment and great trust in your work. In this regard, special attention is paid to the development of the civil protection system in the Abai region. From 2023 to 2026, over 3 billion tenge was allocated from the regional budget, and the material and technical base was significantly strengthened. As a result, modern, essential equipment was purchased. The fire station opening today in the village of Kyzylkesik is a concrete result of such systematic work. This facility, built in accordance with modern requirements, fully allows for the placement of firefighting equipment, tools, and personnel. The station is provided with necessary equipment and communication means," said Berik Uali.
During the event, Minister of Emergency Situations Chingis Arinov awarded a badge to Yernar Nabiollayev, Director of NS-ERTAL LLP, for his contribution to the development of the civil protection system, and a Certificate of Merit from the ministry to Serikzhan Amirov, driver-employee of fire engines at Fire Station No. 11 of Aksuat district. Also, letters of thanks from the regional governor were presented to Nurbolat Yerbayev, chief of the guard at Fire Station No. 11 of Aksuat district, and Adilbek Kabdolov, akim of Kyzylkesik rural district.
