On June 5 of this year, M. Bibitova, Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs for Kyzylorda Region, held a meeting with employees of the Treasury Department and the Department of State Property and Privatization for Kyzylorda Region, reports Todayinfo.
During the meeting, issues of strengthening integrity principles in society and developing an anti-corruption culture were extensively discussed. Additionally, established restrictions and accountability mechanisms related to corruption were thoroughly explained, and the main directions and introduced changes to the new Law "On Public Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" were presented and clarified.
Furthermore, special attention was paid to the transparency of personnel processes, adherence to ethical standards, prevention of conflicts of interest, and the formation of principles of honesty and integrity at all stages. Within the framework of the meeting, the importance of forming an effective personnel policy in the public service system was highlighted, and an exchange of views was conducted on strengthening legal culture and professional ethical norms among civil servants.
At the end of the event, questions from participants were answered, and relevant recommendations for compliance with the requirements of current legislation were provided.
