On the eve of Medical Workers' Day, the Asiakoz International Hospital in Aktau achieved a significant milestone. The hospital's chief physician, ENT surgeon Ayagoz Beibitova, was awarded the 'Achievement of the Year - 2026' nomination, reports Todayinfo news agency.
This award is a high appreciation not only for one doctor but for the entire team of the clinic, which has established a new level of specialized medicine in the region in a short time.
Although the clinic has been operating for only nine months, it has become one of the leading eye and ENT centers in the Mangystau region. Many high-tech surgeries that residents previously had to undergo in other cities or abroad are now successfully performed in Aktau.
To date, over 1,500 surgeries have been performed at the clinic. This figure is clear evidence of the population's trust and the quality of services provided.
The main feature of Asiakoz International Hospital is bringing international experience to the region. It employs leading ophthalmic surgeons from Turkey and experienced ENT specialists from Kazakhstan. The introduction of modern technologies and international treatment standards has enabled Mangystau residents to undergo complex surgeries that were previously unavailable in their region.
Since the clinic's opening, complex ophthalmic surgeries for cataracts, glaucoma, retinal pathologies, as well as high-tech ENT surgeries aimed at restoring hearing and treating nasal and ear diseases, have been regularly performed.
This award on the eve of Medical Workers' Day is another confirmation of the professional level of the clinic's team and the quality medical care provided to the region's residents. The clinic will continue to introduce international experience, improve the quality of medical care, and make world-class treatment accessible to Mangystau residents in their native region.
