In the up to 85 kg category, Sultanbek Aibaruuly prevailed over the host boxer Kaue Belini with a score of 4:1. Aida Abikeeva (up to 65 kg) lost in the final to Uzbek athlete Navbakhor Khamidova with a score of 0:5.
In the daytime session, Viktoriya Grafeeva (up to 60 kg) defeated Brazilian Rebecca Santos, bringing another gold medal. As a result, the Kazakh team has three gold, one silver, and three bronze medals. Bronze medalists: Alua Balkibekova (up to 51 kg), Zhibek Zharaskyzy (up to 80 kg), and Dias Molzhigitov (up to 80 kg).
