Entrepreneur Zhumabek Zhanykul's ex-wife has issued an appeal, announcing that she is in litigation with her former husband. According to her, an audit of her ex-husband's income is necessary.
Zhanykulova Zhanna Maratkyzy stated that the reason for the divorce was her husband's frequent affairs with other women.
"On June 24, another court hearing took place. However, the judge did not grant a single request from the plaintiff. Among them were very important documents regarding the defendant's income. According to an official response from the tax authority, the revenue of just one company called 'Karzhal Operating' over the past three years exceeded twenty billion tenge. Zhumabek Zhanakulov owns exactly eighteen such enterprises.
The judge completely ignored the data on this vast amount of money. After this action, the lawyer filed a direct objection to the judge handling the case," says Zhanna Zhanykul.
Zhanna Maratkyzy is well aware that her former spouse has enormous administrative and material influence. She fears he may take any step to preserve his wealth. Therefore, the mother seeking justice demands that this case be strictly monitored and that the court proceed objectively.
