Aktobe region Governor Askhat Shakharov held a public reception at the regional administration, reports Todayinfo.
Residents of the region approached the head of the region with questions concerning housing, the provision of land plots, social support, and the resolution of communal problems.
Aktobe citizens raised issues related to the development of urban infrastructure, including public transport links, street lighting, and the resolution of communal problems. Specifically, problems with bus services to the Kirpichny residential area and the issue of lighting on Tselinnaya Street were discussed.
Furthermore, questions of social support for citizens with disabilities were touched upon, including assistance in starting and developing their own businesses.
The regional governor was asked for help with employment, assistance in receiving delayed wages, and resolving other work-related issues.
In addition, issues concerning the provision of land plots for seasonal trade were raised.
During the reception, heads of state bodies and departments provided explanations for each appeal and outlined possible solutions.
Following the meeting, Askhat Shakharov instructed the relevant departments to consider all citizens' appeals and take necessary actions.
