A supercomputer predicts Arsenal will defeat PSG in the Champions League final, reports Todayinfo. The English team has a 54.56% chance of winning, compared to 45.44% for the Parisians.
Following the conclusion of the Champions League semi-finals, the Opta Analyst supercomputer has determined the tournament's favorite.
According to the supercomputer's forecast, London's Arsenal will emerge victorious over Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
Its calculations suggest that the English club has slightly better odds than the reigning champion.
Chances of Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain winning the Champions League:
- Arsenal (England) - 54.56 percent;
- Paris Saint-Germain (France) - 45.44 percent.
It is worth recalling that in the semi-final stage, London's Arsenal defeated Madrid's Atlético over two legs. The first match ended in a 1-1 draw, and in the return leg, the London club secured a 1-0 victory, advancing to the final.
In turn, Paris Saint-Germain faced Bayern Munich. In the first encounter, the Parisian team won 5-4, while the return match ended in a 1-1 draw.
The Champions League final will take place on May 30 at 9:00 PM Kazakhstan time at the Puskás Arena in Budapest, Hungary.
Arsenal could win the trophy for the first time in their history, while PSG is aiming for their second consecutive Champions League title.
Previously, Real Madrid fans published a petition demanding that French forward Kylian Mbappé leave the club. More than nine million people signed it.
Media outlets also reported that French club Paris Saint-Germain is showing interest in signing the son of star Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
