In Shymkent's Chapaevka district, unidentified individuals apprehended and forcibly detained a young man. He attempted to flee but was unsuccessful, reports Todayinfo.
The incident occurred in the Chapaevka district. The footage shows several people emerging from an unmarked car, chasing the young man, tackling him to the ground, and dragging him away. Without context, this could easily be mistaken for an abduction.
According to preliminary data, employees of local executive bodies were conducting a raid to find military service evaders. The young man saw them and tried to escape but fell.
In an official statement, authorities clarified that after the grounds were explained, he voluntarily proceeded to the assembly point and underwent a medical examination, which deemed him fit for service.
The young man himself later recorded a video message stating that he had no complaints about the actions of the employees. It was also noted that the conscript had previously been sent summonses, making his delivery to the military enlistment office lawful. The police added that no complaints regarding this incident had been received.
