In Almaty, a man exposed his genitals on public transport, reports Todayinfo.kz news agency.
Video of the incident spread on social media. According to witnesses, he committed an indecent act in front of a minor girl.
The Almaty Police Department stated that an investigation is being conducted regarding the spread of the video material.
"Currently, the location and time of the incident, as well as the identity of the offender, are being established. Such actions grossly violate public order norms and are unacceptable," the statement said.
After all circumstances are clarified, the guilty person will be held accountable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
