On average, per capita monthly consumption was: potatoes – 3.8 kg, wheat bread (1st grade flour) – 2.4 kg, beef – 2.1 kg, apples – 1.6 kg, granulated sugar – 1.5 kg, rice – 1.4 kg, raw milk – 1.1 liters, kefir – 1 liter, eggs – 17.6 pieces, pasta – 0.9 kg, fresh or chilled fish – 0.8 kg, black tea – 0.1 kg.
