President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed gratitude to President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh for supporting the opening of a Kazakh consular office in Mongolia's Bayan-Ölgii aimag, reports Todayinfo.kz.
— We held substantive and productive negotiations on all areas of bilateral relations. We agreed to further expand cooperation in political, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other spheres. In particular, a mutual agreement was reached to open a Kazakh consular office in the Bayan-Ölgii aimag of Mongolia, — the Head of State said during a joint statement following the talks.
In his opinion, this can truly be called an important step consistent with the spirit of strategic partnership between the two fraternal countries with a common history and roots.
— Moreover, this is undoubtedly a vivid manifestation of the good attitude and sincere friendship of the Mongolian people towards the Kazakh people. We highly appreciate this decision. Taking this opportunity, I would like to express great gratitude to President Khürelsükh, — noted Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
