According to the operational data from the Data Center of the Institute of Geophysical Research of the National Nuclear Center of Kazakhstan, on April 28 at 4:05 AM Astana time (April 27 at 11:05 PM GMT), an earthquake struck in China. The epicenter coordinates are 41.35°N, 84.08°E.
The magnitude was mb=5, energy class K=12.2, depth h=22 km.
