Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan, poet, writer Mukhtar Shakhanov was buried today at 10:00 in the village of Zhana Shilik, reports Todayinfo.kz news agency. The crowd gathered was large. Public figures, poets and writers all attended. At the mourning ceremony, all the villagers gathered and served. The village of Shilik is the native village of Mukhtar Shakhanov. Shakhanov's body was delivered to his creative house in this village. For his 75th anniversary, this house was built by the village philanthropist Serikzhan Seitzhanov.
