On the occasion of the Nauryz holiday, RAMS GARDEN and the country's largest residential complex, RAMS CITY, were opened in Almaty. Nearly 6,000 residents celebrated their housewarming.

A large festive program was organized for the new homeowners and event guests.
It featured Kazakh national games, a concert program, and residents tasted national dishes and participated in a raffle for valuable gifts and cash prizes.
Special attention was paid to national traditions during the festive event. A respected elder gave a blessing, while the youngest residents had their ceremonial ribbon cut, highlighting the project's connection to cultural values and the continuity of generations.

RAMS CITY is the largest residential complex in Kazakhstan, home to approximately 5,000 families. Residents moved into its first phase over two years ago.
The complex is distinguished by its developed internal infrastructure, private boulevard, underground parking, and apartments with terraces.
In 2024, KazNIISA confirmed the complex's seismic resistance of 9 points through testing. The "Baiterek" school is already operating on the complex's territory, and a kindergarten is under construction.
Meanwhile, RAMS GARDEN was built on the "green garden" concept. Located at the intersection of Tole Bi and the Eastern Ring Road, the complex offers beautiful views of the mountains and Kok Tobe. One of the project's main advantages is its low construction density and the presence of a glamping area on the roof.
It is worth noting that RAMS Almaty has been operating in the market for over 29 years. During this time, it has implemented more than 60 projects, built over 20,000 apartments and nearly 4 million square meters of real estate.
According to Forbes Kazakhstan, the company ranked 2nd among the country's construction companies in terms of the volume of housing commissioned in 2023.
