The police department of Turkistan region has launched a pre-trial investigation into a complaint of possible violence against a child, reports Todayinfo.
The mother of an eight-year-old boy filed the complaint. According to the regional police department, she suspected a relative of being responsible for the incident. 'A pre-trial investigation is underway following a complaint from a resident of Otyrar district regarding possible unlawful actions against her minor son. Based on the results of initial investigative measures, specialists found no bodily injuries,' the statement said.
Authorities are still clarifying the circumstances of the case and have ordered additional forensic examinations.
