A powerful anticyclone has covered Kazakhstan, bringing a sharp cold snap to several regions of the country, reports Todayinfo.
According to weather forecasts, from May 12 to 14, Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent are expected to experience a significant drop in air temperature. This change may cause discomfort for residents.
Under the influence of the anticyclone, night frosts are possible, and daytime temperatures will also be below normal. Increased winds are also likely.
Experts urge residents to dress warmly and observe safety precautions. Particular care should be taken when traveling on roads.
