According to weather forecasters, unfavorable meteorological conditions (UMC) are expected at night in these cities. UMC is a combination of short-term atmospheric factors that lead to the concentration of harmful substances in the lower layers of the atmosphere. During UMC periods, the condition of atmospheric air in populated areas may worsen.
