In Astana, frosts of 1-3 degrees Celsius are expected at night. North-westerly, westerly winds will have gusts of 15-20 meters per second in the morning and afternoon.
In Almaty, heavy rain is expected at night, with occasional thunderstorms. In the mountainous areas of Ile-Alatau (mountain zones of Medeu and Bostandyk districts of Almaty), precipitation, at times heavy (rain, snow), is expected at night, with rain during the day. Occasional thunderstorms are also forecast. South-westerly winds will have gusts of 15-20 meters per second.
In Shymkent, north-easterly winds will have gusts of 15-20 meters per second.
In the Almaty region, heavy rain is expected at night in the south, with occasional heavy precipitation (rain, snow) in mountainous areas. Thunderstorms are forecast in the south and mountainous areas.
