Otbasy Bank reminded Kazakhstanis of the upcoming increase in the sufficiency threshold for pension savings, expected around May.
The bank noted that after the thresholds change, the amount available for withdrawal may decrease, and some options will become unavailable. In this regard, citizens planning to use pension benefits are advised not to delay their decision.
"One option is to transfer funds to a deposit at Otbasy Bank and use them to improve housing conditions," the financial institution reported.
The bank also explained the procedure for transferring funds from the UAPF.
First, you need to obtain an electronic digital signature and install the NCALayer program. Then, in the personal account of the UAPF depositor, check the available amount. After that, you need to open a special account in the Otbasy Bank mobile app or via video banking.
Next, on the enpf-otbasy.kz platform, authorize using the EDS, select the purpose of using the funds, specify the amount, and submit an application. The application review takes up to two business days.
Once approved, the funds will be credited to the special account within three to five business days. Then you need to upload documents and sign the application, which is given up to twenty business days.
Based on the verification results, the funds will be transferred, which may take up to ten business days.
Otbasy Bank noted that the process involves several stages and requires compliance with established deadlines.
