A 3-year-old boy was rescued after falling into an 18-metre deep well in the Aleppo countryside, Syria, reports Todayinfo.
According to the Syrian Civil Defense, the incident occurred in a rural area of Aleppo. The rescue operation lasted several hours. Rescuers used specialized equipment to pull the child out of the well.
The boy's health is not in danger; he is currently under medical observation in a hospital, — said a Syrian Civil Defense official.
