90s pop star Shura (Alexander Medvedev) has announced plans to try his hand in the funeral services sector, focusing on creating original floral arrangements, reports Todayinfo citing inbusiness.kz.
In an interview with NTV, the artist said he intends to offer the market custom wreaths and bouquets made from fresh flowers. In his opinion, there is a shortage of creative solutions in this area: farewell ceremonies often use either wilted carnations or standard, impersonal compositions.
The singer emphasized that he will not be involved in organizing funerals — his role will be limited solely to creating floral works. He added that the idea did not come from nowhere: a specialist with many years of experience in the industry proposed the collaboration.
An additional reason for seeking new sources of income was the purchase of real estate. The artist recently bought a three-room apartment — in the same building where he previously rented, choosing a unit in the next entrance.
