This initiative has generated great interest in society. According to experts and political scientists, the very process of creating a new party can revive political discussions and give a fresh impetus to the development of institutions.
For example, financial analyst Rasul Rysmambetov noted that the emergence of new parties in Kazakhstan is a natural phenomenon.
«Whether we like it or not, we are on the threshold of a new political reality. The emergence of a new party is an opportunity for dialogue, competition of ideas and testing of a new agenda. Therefore, if the Adilet party is registered, it is important not just to observe from the sidelines, but to actively participate in the discussion, ask questions, make suggestions and test the declared principles in practice,» he said.
Political scientist Andrey Chebotarev believes that the initiative to create the Adilet party reflects an objective demand for the development of the political system and active participation of citizens in political life.
«It is worth noting that the majority of the initiators of the party creation participated in the work of the commission on constitutional reform. Therefore, it is natural that they identified the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms based on the principles of the new Constitution as their main goal. I consider the creation of the Adilet party a positive process that can modernize the party-political environment,» he said.
And political scientist Gaziz Abishev links the emergence of the new party with the upcoming political cycles.
«The emergence of a new party that unites public figures, experts and business representatives to a certain extent indicates the renewal of the party platform before the Kurultai,» he said.
According to experts, the decisive factor will be not so much the creation of the party, but its ability to offer a meaningful agenda, establish an effective dialogue with society and demonstrate real political subjectivity.
Currently, the party is at the registration stage. However, it is already noticeable that the emergence of the Adilet party could become one of the important indicators of the further transformation of Kazakhstan's political system.
Recall that earlier the organizing committee of the Adilet party sent a notification to the Ministry of Justice about the intention to create a political party. The documents were submitted on April 16, 2026, from an initiative group consisting of more than 700 citizens from all regions of the country, including cities of republican significance and the capital.
According to the initiators, the need to create the party is due to the adoption of the new Constitution and the idea of uniting citizens who support reforms. The founding congress of the party is planned to be held in the near future.
