Almaty Mayor Yerbolat Dosayev held a public reception at the AMANAT party platform, reports Todayinfo.
The head of the city established a direct dialogue with residents, listening to their pressing issues. During the reception, many questions concerned housing and communal services, social support, infrastructure development, and land relations.
The Akim carefully reviewed each appeal and gave specific instructions to the heads of relevant departments. Deadlines for resolving the issues were set, and their implementation was ordered to be taken under control.
Such meetings strengthen the connection between the city authorities and the population, allowing for prompt resolution of residents' needs and concerns.
"Directly listening to the problems of citizens is one of the main directions of our work. Every appeal will not go unnoticed, and all necessary measures will be taken to resolve it," said Yerbolat Dosayev.
Public receptions are held on a regular basis.
