It should be noted that speeches at the farewell ceremony for Mukhtar Shakhanov are expected from Senate Chairman Maulen Ashimbayev, Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva, and Akim of Almaty Darkhan Satybaldy.
