In Kazakhstan, the initiative to create a new political party 'Adilet' continues to be discussed. Experts note that the emergence of a new force could be an important stage in the transformation of the party system and the strengthening of competition ahead of future electoral cycles.
The initiative has already generated widespread public interest. Analysts and political scientists agree that even the process of a new party's emergence can revive political debate and stimulate the development of institutions.
For example, financial analyst Rasul Rysmambetov noted that the emergence of new parties in Kazakhstan is a natural process.
"The new political reality is still taking shape, whether we like it or not. But the emergence of a new platform is an opportunity for dialogue, competition of ideas, and testing of agendas. Therefore, if 'Adilet' is registered, it is logical not just to observe from the sidelines, but to engage in discussion – ask questions, propose topics, and test the declared principles in practice," said Rasul Rysmambetov.
According to political scientist Andrey Chebotarev, the initiative to create the 'Adilet' party reflects an objective demand for the development of the political system and the expansion of citizen participation.
"It is important that most of the initiators of this party participated in the work of the Commission on Constitutional Reform. Therefore, it is logical that they define the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms based on the principles of the new Constitution as their main goal. I view the creation of the 'Adilet' party, which can bring a fresh breath to the party-political environment of Kazakhstan, as a positive process," he explained.
Political analyst Gaziz Abishev also believes that the emergence of a new party may be linked to upcoming political cycles.
"The emergence of a new party filled with public figures, experts, and businessmen, in a sense, confirms the idea of a possible reset of the party landscape before the elections to the Kurultai," Abishev noted.
Experts emphasize that the key factor will not be the mere fact of the party's creation, but its ability to offer a substantive agenda, build a dialogue with society, and demonstrate real political subjectivity.
While the initiative is still at the registration stage, it is already clear that the emergence of 'Adilet' could be one of the indicators of further transformation of Kazakhstan's political system.
Recall that earlier the organizing committee of the 'Adilet' party announced that it had submitted a notification to the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan about its intention to create a political party. The documents were sent on April 16, 2026, on behalf of an initiative group that included more than 700 citizens from all regions of the country, including cities of republican significance and the capital.
According to the initiators, its creation is linked to the adoption of the new Constitution and the need to consolidate citizens who support the reforms. The founding congress of the party is planned for the near future.
