Gulf leaders have gathered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the first time since the start of the war on Iran, reports Todayinfo news agency.
The high-level summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) embodies a 'unified Gulf stance' towards the conflict in the region, Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani said.
'This summit is a clear testament to our unity against common threats,' he stated.
All GCC member states attended the meeting. Discussions focused on the war's impact on regional security and strengthening economic cooperation.
