The Board of Directors of Kaspi.kz has recommended paying shareholders a dividend of 850 tenge per American Depositary Share (ADS) for the first quarter of 2026, reports Todayinfo.
The dividend amount must be approved by the fintech holding's shareholders. According to the company's unaudited consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2026, published on the AIX exchange, the payout will constitute 64% of net profit.
“The payout amount will be 64% of net profit, subject to shareholder approval. This reflects confidence in cash generation and growth prospects,” noted Mikhail Lomtadze, co-founder of the fintech holding.
The company's revenue increased by 31% compared to the first quarter of 2025, reaching 1.1 trillion tenge (2.3 billion dollars). This revenue growth is attributed to an increase in order frequency and the rapid development of additional services in e-commerce.
A significant expansion of the fintech lending portfolio also contributed to this process. E-commerce sales volume grew by 41% year-on-year to 1.3 trillion tenge (2.6 billion dollars), while the number of purchases increased by 43%.
