The most in-demand professions in the labor market in Kazakhstan have been identified, reports Todayinfo. According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the need for skilled worker professions has significantly increased.
Specifically, there is a high demand for qualified workers in the construction, manufacturing, and service sectors. This is linked to the country's economic development and the launch of new projects.
According to ministry data, electricians, welders, mechanics, machine operators, and other technical specialists remain scarce in the labor market. Workers are also needed in agriculture and logistics.
The Ministry of Labor encourages young people to pursue vocational and technical education and is strengthening state support measures in this direction. These measures aim to reduce unemployment and eliminate imbalances in the labor market.
