In the Zhanarka district, at the municipal enterprise "Zhanarka Zhylu", 115 workers did not receive pension and social contributions. This is a gross violation of labor legislation.
In addition, in the city of Zhezkazgan, 5,954 persons with disabilities did not have the necessary passports from state authorities issued. Their disability was effectively not officially recognized.
Based on all identified violations, the prosecutor's office issued supervisory acts, the violations were eliminated, and the perpetrators were held accountable.
