Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a Decree "On measures to develop reading culture and form a reading nation", reports Todayinfo.
This document is designed to promote reading in the country, increase interest in knowledge among young people, and strengthen the intellectual potential of the nation. A comprehensive set of measures is expected to be implemented under the decree.
