Significant changes have been introduced to the rules governing the payment for private judicial enforcement officers' (private bailiffs) activities in Kazakhstan, reports Todayinfo. These innovations are designed to streamline the work of bailiffs and increase the transparency of their services.
Initiated by the Ministry of Justice, these amendments aim to strengthen the role of private bailiffs in enforcement proceedings, as well as to protect the rights of both debtors and creditors. The new rules envision the creation of a unified and clear system for calculating and collecting payments.
According to experts, these changes will enhance the efficiency of private bailiffs' activities and build greater trust in their work. It is also expected that the new regulations will contribute to reducing corruption risks and improving the quality of services provided.
