In the Zhambyl region, the intervention of the prosecutor's office removed administrative barriers and saved an investment project in the fish farming sector, reports Todayinfo.
The prosecutor's office of the Baizak district, in coordination with the Committee for the Protection of Investors' Rights of the General Prosecutor's Office, restored the rights of an entrepreneur who faced an illegal refusal from local authorities. The 'Adel' farm project aims to breed up to 30 tons of fish annually, contributing to the food market and creating new jobs in rural areas.
To launch production, connection to power grids was required. The entrepreneur applied to the akimat of the Kostobe rural district but received an illegal refusal. A prosecutor's inspection revealed the violation, and based on a supervisory act, power lines were quickly installed and the facility connected to the transformer.
The responsible official was brought to disciplinary liability. The prosecutor's office urges investors facing administrative barriers to call +7 (775)891-25-52 or the Call center 115.
