In military unit 68665 in the capital, the Minister of Defense inspected the unit's infrastructure, the progress of construction of new facilities, as well as plans for equipping units with weapons and military equipment.

The Minister, together with soldiers, sergeants and officers, planted tree seedlings on the unit's territory, setting a personal example of caring for the environment. He emphasized the importance of environmental initiatives and proved by his own actions that every serviceman is responsible for cleanliness and order.
On the territory of the capital, personnel of the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, structural units of the Armed Forces and military educational institutions planted tree seedlings and carried out work to clean streets, squares, courtyards of residential buildings and adjacent areas.

Soldiers, sergeants and officers took tools and cleaned the section of Akmeshit Street between Syganak and Kerey-Zhanibek Khans streets. Also, the areas around the administrative buildings of the Ministry of Defense, the Ground Forces, the Air Defense Forces and the Navy were cleaned.
In addition, military personnel participated in cleaning the territories along Sh. Kudaiberdiuly Avenue, I. Zhansugurov and A. Yanushkevich streets, as well as the territory of the cottage town in Ilyinka village where military personnel live. Master's students and teachers of the National Defense University of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a cleanup along Turan Avenue.
The events took place in all garrisons of the Armed Forces. The participation of military personnel in the 'Clean Kazakhstan' project was not only a manifestation of unity with society, but also a clear proof of a responsible attitude towards the environment.
