“On the instructions of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev, a draft of the national strategy ‘Digital Qazaqstan’ has been developed. It aims at mass digitalization and maximum implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. This document will allow us to form a completely new approach to the long-term development of the industry and coordinate measures to achieve the set goals and objectives. Within the framework of the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence declared by the Head of State, we must give a significant impetus to the digital transformation of the economy,” Olzhas Bektenov emphasized.
Last year, we achieved IT service exports of over $1 billion. According to international experts, by 2030, the contribution of artificial intelligence to the global economy will exceed $22 trillion. The IT sector is developing at an especially rapid pace, so to remain competitive in the global digital space, we must work together. It was noted that the introduction of digital technologies in the country's enterprises allows for improved product quality, occupational safety, and productivity.
