World War II veteran Kenzhebay Madenov has been awarded the highest title of 'Halyk Kaharmany', reports Todayinfo.
Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the corresponding decree.
Along with the title, Kenzhebay Madenov was presented with the special insignia 'Altyn Zhuldyz' and the 'Otan' Order.
