"We have drawn big conclusions for ourselves, this has been a life lesson for us. We sincerely regret breaking the law. Respected court, I ask you to impose a punishment not related to imprisonment for me and my husband," said Tolegenova.

After that, the blogger filed a petition to conclude a procedural agreement. The judge accepted the petition and gave the prosecution one hour to discuss it. In this regard, a break was announced in the court session, and the participants in the hall were taken out. Recall that earlier Elmira Tolegenova did not appear at the court session. The defense stated that her health had deteriorated. As a result, the session was first postponed for two hours, and then rescheduled for today. Recall that the bloggers Zhanyabylovs are on trial for deceiving people by raffling off winnings and engaging in illegal entrepreneurship.
