Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the people of Kazakhstan on the Kurban Ait holiday, reports Todayinfo.

Happy sacred Kurban Ait holiday! This celebration, which holds a special place in the spiritual life of our people, is cherished by the entire Muslim community. During this holy holiday, qualities such as mercy and charity, mutual respect and trust, compassion and solidarity, which pave the way for spiritual development, are widely promoted.
During Kurban Ait, our citizens particularly realize the importance of extending a helping hand to others, showing respect to elders, deference to the young, and feeling a shared responsibility for the future of the country. This is a special period that greatly contributes to correctly understanding the teachings of Islam, which are based on justice and humanity, purity of thought and consciousness, and to delving deeper into its lessons.
Ultimately, our noble religion, as well as other traditional religions in our country, serves as the foundation for the spiritual development of our people, the continuity between generations, and the strengthening of unity and harmony in society.
