Ukrainian drones have struck a major Russian oil refinery in the Black Sea port city of Tuapse for the third time in less than two weeks. The attack sparked a new fire and forced local authorities to evacuate residents, reports Todayinfo news agency.
A large fire broke out at the refinery site. Firefighters are working at the scene. Russian officials are assessing the damage to the plant's operations.
This is one of the latest attacks by Ukrainian forces on Russia's energy infrastructure. The Tuapse refinery is considered one of the key supply centers for petroleum products in southern Russia.
