At a government meeting, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan Zhaslan Madiyev announced that operators will introduce artificial intelligence to analyze telecom networks to improve mobile communication quality, reports Todayinfo.
According to him, the system analyzes and predicts network load, user density, and station locations. “This will help automatically redistribute resources without the involvement of engineers. As part of the fight against fraud, an AI anti-fraud system is planned. During mass calls, number spoofing, or signs of a fraudulent scheme, the system blocks the call in a split second – before the subscriber even picks up the phone,” Madiyev said.
He also spoke about the Cerebra AI system for early stroke diagnosis. “It allows analyzing CT scans in 5-10 minutes instead of 30. This significantly speeds up stroke diagnosis and increases its accuracy. The system has been implemented in 17 clinics in the capital, as well as in Akmola, Mangystau, Zhambyl, and Almaty regions,” the minister noted.
According to him, since September 2025, data from more than 7,600 patients with suspected stroke have been analyzed. A 40% reduction in mortality has been observed, as well as a 150% increase in the share of patients receiving timely treatment.
