On April 26, an earthquake of magnitude 4.2 occurred in the Caspian Sea. This was reported by the Azerbaijani Seismological Service Center, according to the Todayinfo news agency.
The epicenter of the tremors was at a depth of 74 kilometers. Despite the epicenter being underwater, the tremors were felt by residents of several countries in the region.
The earthquake was recorded in Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Russia, and Armenia.
