A fire broke out in a two-apartment private residential building in the regional center of Akmola region, reports Todayinfo.
The fire covered an area of approximately 120 square meters. Before the firefighters arrived, two gas cylinders exploded inside the house, significantly complicating the situation and contributing to the rapid spread of the flames.
Firefighters managed to localize and completely extinguish the blaze within 40 minutes of receiving the call. During the operation, two more gas cylinders were removed from the building, preventing further explosions.
According to preliminary information, arson may have been the cause of the fire. No one was injured as a result of the incident. The circumstances of what happened are being investigated.
