Due to the situation in the Middle East, Air Astana extends flight cancellations

Due to the ongoing tense situation in the Middle East, Air Astana extends the suspension of regular flights to Dubai through May 31 inclusive.

Passengers of canceled flights are offered a full refund without penalties or free rebooking in the same class of service for flights departing through July 31 inclusive. It is also possible to change the route to Air Astana flights with payment of the difference in fare and airport charges for flights departing through July 31 inclusive.

If a rebooking with a penalty was previously made on the ticket, the withheld amount is not refundable.

The airline is monitoring the situation in the region and informs passengers of any additional changes.
