Kazakhstan will launch over 50 AI agents in the near future. This was announced at a government meeting by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiev, reports Todayinfo news agency.
According to the minister, these agents will improve the quality of life for citizens and enhance interaction with businesses. An AI assistant that provides round-the-clock advice on tax reporting has already been launched. It has processed over 5,000 requests.
“Next, we plan to introduce automatic filling of all types of tax reports and declarations to simplify doing business,” Madiev said.
Additionally, an AI assistant for starting a business will be launched. Previously, there was a risk of opening several similar establishments (coffee shops, pharmacies) in the same building or area. Now, an entrepreneur selects a region on the map, and the system shows who is already operating there. AI offers optimal options considering customer flow, competitive environment, and current registrations. This will reduce operational costs by half at the business launch stage.
Overall, demand for such solutions is high. For instance, the eGov AI assistant has been used over 2.3 million times, the legal AI consultant provided more than 230,000 consultations, AI therapist is being implemented in 35 clinics, and AI agents are also being introduced in education.
