A six-month-long conflict in the Middle East region has been officially halted through the mediation of the UN Security Council.
The main terms of the agreement: withdrawal of all armed forces from a 30-kilometer buffer zone, prisoner exchange, and opening of humanitarian corridors.
Twelve international organizations are involved in delivering humanitarian aid to the region. According to the overall plan, a permanent monitoring mission will be established in the next quarter.
