A new oncology center with 350 beds has opened in Almaty. The total cost is 28 billion tenge, with main equipment imported from Switzerland and Germany.
The center features latest-generation devices for early cancer detection, immunotherapy, radiotherapy, and high-tech surgical equipment.
About 25,000 patients can be treated annually at the center. 80% of services are provided free of charge.
